nutterwick
nut·ter [nŭt′ər]
n. Chiefly British Slang: A crazy or eccentric person
wick [wik]
From Old English cwic (“alive”); similar to archaic meaning of quick (“endowed with life”), and quicken (“come to life”)

His name is...
Jason McFarland. A graphic designer, a writer, and sometimes an explorer. In work his primary role is to beautify all things, and that is indeed what he loves to do. Besides that he likes to read stories, especially those with a heavy dose of the “what ifs.” Jason hails from the southern part of the USA but lives in a wee cottage on the Tweed River in Scotland. When he’s not in the States he misses biscuits the most. (And his family and friends, of course, but mostly biscuits.)
Jason is finishing up the third draft of his first novel, The Time I Met the Fox that Talked, and has started putting his thoughts on paper for a sequel. And maybe a third one. Possibly a fourth and fifth. Wow. Stay tuned here for developments, and feel free to walk (or read) with him as he figures out what’s next!
You can fall out of your own safe life that quickly, and nothing you thought you knew will ever be the same again.
— A Boy and His Dog at the End of the World, C.A. Fletcher
